Meagan is a newly registered massage therapist excited to begin her career by offering personalized massage treatments focused on relaxation, stress relief, and pain management. Utilizing techniques designed to reduce soft tissue tension and myofascial restrictions, her goal is to help clients move more freely and improve their overall mobility. Meagan brings hands-on experience from working as a spa practitioner and a strong background in human biology from her Bachelor of Science degree. During her training at the OVCMT Massage Therapy program in Vernon, she earned both academic and practical achievement awards. Outside of the clinic, Meagan loves spending time outdoors in the sunshine and exploring with her chocolate lab.
Originally from Cranbrook, BC, Adam brings a strong foundation in movement science and athletic performance to his massage therapy practice. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a background as a competitive archer at the international level, Adam understands firsthand the demands athletes face and the importance of effective recovery. His passion for sport and human performance led him to pursue massage therapy, where he now focuses on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and optimizing function. Adam’s clinical approach incorporates myofascial release, deep tissue, and sport massage, along with additional training in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and kinesiotaping. Whether you’re working through an injury, preparing for competition, or looking to move better in everyday life, Adam is dedicated to helping you meet your goals through evidence-informed, hands-on care. Away from the clinic he enjoys many sports like lacrosse and archery, working out, and spending lots of time outdoors.
